WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Health Canada and the European Commission’s Directorate General for Health and Consumers (DG SANCO) have joined together to call for strong and comprehensive international safety standards on window coverings from manufacturers and standards organizations.
Today the CPSC announced in a letter a call for stronger standards for all window covering products.
Sunday, August 9, was like every other Sunday. We got up, had breakfast and went to Mass. After church, the kids had leftover pizza for lunch and I got the little ones ready for a nap. The next time I saw Angel, (about 20 minutes later) he was dead. He had hanged himself on a cord from the window blind in his bedroom.
Kudos to Maryland lawmakers!
