November 1, 2002 Parents for Window Blind Safety is established after the founder, Linda Kaiser came in contact with 6 parents whose children died after Cheyenne’s accident.
Cheyenne Kaiser silently strangled on the inner cord of a window blind while parents, Linda and Matt Kaiser believed the safety advice of tying pull cords out of reach would keep Cheyenne safe.
